Qualifications

• 4-6 years of comprehensive marketing experience with focus on real estate, construction, or FMCG brand marketing.
• Demonstrated success in managing both high-impact offline activations and digital lead generation campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to track campaign ROI and buyer attribution metrics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Tamil and English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute impactful offline marketing initiatives, including hoardings, print ads, roadshows, newspaper inserts, and township site expo events.
• Lead digital marketing and social media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Search/Display, and regional outreach portals.
• Monitor customer lead funnels, optimize cost-per-lead (CPL), and coordinate closely with sales teams to maximize site visit footfalls.
• Direct creative agencies and in-house designers for project brochures, video walkthroughs, and brand promotional collateral.
• Conduct regional market research, analyze competitor pricing, and identify untapped investor markets across Tamil Nadu and Bangalore.

You will design, orchestrate, and optimize high-converting multi-channel campaigns, oversee public relations and event branding, and generate qualified buyer inquiries for our residential layouts.
