Job summary

Keka Technologies Private Limited in Pune is seeking an experienced Marketing Leader to develop and execute integrated strategies aligned with business objectives, plan product launches, branding and promotional campaigns, and drive digital marketing initiatives across social media, search, email, and performance channels.

The role collaborates with Sales, CRM, Design, and Channel Partners to generate quality leads, manage agencies and vendors, monitor ROI, and deliver market insights guiding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
• 7–10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, lead generation, and campaign management.
• Experience in residential project marketing and project launches.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Track marketing KPIs and prepare periodic reports for management.
