Job summary

Callippus Solutions LLC in Odisha invites a hands-on Marketing Executive who will spend most of their time at rice mills, showing owners and managers how our Rice Mill ERP works and turning demos into customers. You will travel across Odisha, engage millers and associations, and represent the company at local events.

You should be fluent in Odia and Hindi with working English, comfortable presenting software on a laptop to non-technical audiences, and able to coordinate with the Hyderabad team

Qualifications

• Fluent in Odia and Hindi; working English.
• Good understanding of rice milling operations (paddy procurement, parboiled/raw rice, by-products, CMR/FCI/state procurement processes).
• Confident presenter, comfortable demoing software on a laptop/tablet to non-technical owners
• Basic comfort with software, ERP or accounting tools (Tally, GST billing)
• Strong relationship and negotiation skills
• Willing to travel extensively within Odisha and work from mill sites most days; own two-wheeler and valid licence preferred
