Role & Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve monthly and annual sales targets in the assigned Maharashtra territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential dealers, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Identify new markets, appoint distributors, and expand the company's distribution network.
• Must have good knowledge of rice varieties, including Basmati, Non-Basmati, Steam, Sella, and Raw Rice.
• Generate primary and secondary sales through effective market visits and dealer engagement.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer demand.
• Ensure timely order collection, payment follow-ups, and outstanding recovery.
• Prepare daily sales reports, market visit reports, and monthly sales forecasts.
• Increase brand visibility, market penetration, and overall sales volume in the assigned territory.

• Experience: 37 years in FMCG, Rice, Food Grains, or Agro Products sales.
• Industry Preference: Candidates currently working in the rice industry will be highly preferred.
• Must have excellent knowledge of rice varieties, quality, pricing, and market demand.
• Should have an established network and strong relationships with rice dealers, distributors, wholesalers, and traders across Maharashtra.
• Proven experience in distributor appointment, dealer development, and territory expansion.

Knowledge of Marathi, Hindi, and basic English preferred.
