Job summary

Talentoindia is seeking a Marketing Executive in Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata for a work-from-office role. The position offers a salary up to 20,000 INR in-hand with uncapped monthly incentives, a shift from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (Sunday off). Requires 1 year of telesales/outbound sales experience and a graduate degree.

Interview is Face-to-Face. Responsibilities include closing IT, web, and digital solutions deals over the phone, managing the sales pipeline, and daily CRM

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Closing: Contact inbound/outbound B2B and B2C leads to pitch IT, Web, and Digital solutions and close deals directly over the phone.
• Pipeline Management: Handle end-to-end sales cycles-prospecting, pitch presentation, objection handling, and final closing.
• Revenue Generation: Consistently achieve monthly sales targets to earn uncapped performance incentives.
• CRM Operations: Maintain daily outreach records, call updates, and deal pipelines in CRM/MS Excel.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1-3 years in Telesales, Inside Sales, Outbound Calling, or Software Sales.
• Education: Graduate (Any Discipline).
• Proven Track Record: Experience in phone-based deal closures and target-driven revenue generation.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
