Job summary

International Education Gateway is hiring for a role focused on planning, executing, and monitoring email and WhatsApp campaigns across multiple platforms. The candidate will manage segmentation, automation workflows, and performancetracking, while ensuring deliverability and proper authentication.

Proficiency in HTML emails, Excel, and Power BI is essential, with a proven ability to analyze engagement flows, run A/B tests, and optimize the customer journey to boost conversions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with campaign execution and customer engagement platforms.
• Experience with HTML email templates and strong proficiency in Excel.
• Practical knowledge of email deliverability, DKIM, SPF, DMARC, and Google Postmaster Tools.
• Understanding of campaign analytics, A/B testing, and customer journey optimisation.
• Experience with Power BI, dashboard reporting, and data visualisation is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage audience segmentation, campaign scheduling, automated workflows, and performance tracking.
• Monitor email deliverability, including inbox placement, bounce rates, spam complaints, and domain reputation using Google Postmaster Tools.
• Maintain email authentication protocols, including DKIM, SPF, and DMARC.
• Analyse customer engagement flows, identify drop-off points, and implement improvements to reduce drop-offs and increase conversions.
• Track campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and generate reports to optimise campaign effectiveness.
• Use Excel and Power BI for data analysis, dashboard creation, and campaign performance reporting
