Facile Infoserv in Pune, India is seeking an enthusiastic Email Marketing Specialist to build, test, and schedule email campaigns in our marketing automation platform, ensuring each brief is executed accurately and on time.

The role involves maintaining clean contact lists, managing segmentation, reviewing templates, and collaborating with design and content teams to achieve strong deliverability and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Email Marketing Technology expertise.
• 1 to 3 years of hands‑on experience executing email campaigns.
• Experience with at least one platform (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, or Zoho Campaigns).
• Understanding of segmentation, A/B testing, and basic deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, bounces).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates.

• Set up and update automated workflows under senior guidance.
• Run pre-send QA checks on links, personalisation, rendering, and mobile responsiveness.
• Make basic HTML/CSS edits to email templates and proofread email copy.

• Email Marketing Technology

• Practical experience with at least one platform such as HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, or Zoho Campaigns.
• Understanding of segmentation, A/B testing, and basic deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, bounces).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates.

Excel Skills

• Good working knowledge of Excel: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, COUNTIF/SUMIF, and IF statements.
• Ability to clean and format contact data and prepare accurate reports.

Communication Skills

• Good written and verbal English, with strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Ability to follow briefs, coordinate with multiple teams, and give timely status updates.

Desirable Skills

• HubSpot Email Marketing certification or similar.
• Experience with Litmus or Email on Acid.
• Exposure to CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
