Job summary

Nibav Lifts is seeking a Marketing Automation Assistant to help plan and execute campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and web push notifications. You will support bulk campaigns, ad-hoc communications, and customer engagement initiatives, and implement basic drip campaigns and automated workflows.

You will manage marketing automation tools such as Mailchimp or HubSpot, upload and segment contacts, and create segments based on behavior and engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and executing marketing automation campaigns.
• Ability to analyze campaign metrics and optimize performance.
• Familiarity with segmentation and targeted communications.
