Job summary

Keka Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Campaign Operations professional to design and run multi-channel campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, RCS and Push Notifications. You'll ensure HTML/CSS email templates render correctly, QA campaigns, and monitor delivery while optimizing audience segments and scheduling.

Collaborate with marketing tech to maintain compliance with privacy policies and platform guidelines, and support automation workflows as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in campaign operations, marketing automation, or CRM communications.
• Hands‑on experience in HTML/CSS for responsive email development.
• Strong understanding of email client compatibility and responsive email design.
• Experience with multichannel communication platforms for Email, WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, and Push Notifications.
• Knowledge of campaign management, audience segmentation, and message scheduling.

Responsibilities
