We are looking for a sharp, driven Marketing Associate to support our marketing efforts across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google platforms. This is an execution-focused role, ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn the ropes of paid media and grow in a high-performance team.
Assist with the execution and daily management of campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
Track marketing KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CAC, etc.) and maintain weekly performance reports.
Coordinate with design and content teams to source creatives for paid and organic campaigns.
Support campaign research, competitor analysis, and trend spotting.
Assist with cross-functional marketing tasks, including offline campaigns, website merchandising, influencer operations, etc.
Support in managing influencer campaigns.
3+ years of experience in marketing.
Experience handling paid marketing campaigns.
Strong numerical and analytical skills; understanding performance numbers is a must.
Should ideally be from a D2C brand/company side, with no agency experience.
Program management skills are necessary.
Should be comfortable with numbers and ratios such as CAC, CTR, etc.
Should have worked on Meta and Google campaigns in general.
Should be proficient with Google Sheets and AI tools such as GPT and Claude.
Should have some exposure to CRMs/OB systems.
