Job summary

Caratly seeks a Marketing Associate in Kolkata to drive our marketing across digital and offline channels. This hands-on role moves ideas from concept to execution to results, collaborating with designers, influencers, and internal teams.

You will own social media strategy, content calendars, and campaigns while staying ahead of Gen Z trends in fashion, jewellery, and lifestyle to build brand and drive customer acquisition.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, digital marketing, or social media.
• Strong understanding of social media and campaign management.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Creative, proactive, and highly organised.
• Experience in D2C, fashion, jewellery, beauty, or lifestyle brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, both digital and offline.
• Own Caratly’s social media strategy, content calendar, and campaigns.
• Manage influencer, creator, and brand collaborations.
• Plan and execute events, pop-ups, activations, and offline marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with designers, agencies, creators, vendors, and internal teams.
• Track campaign performance and use insights to improve marketing efforts.
• Stay on top of Gen Z, fashion, jewellery, lifestyle, and social media trends.
• Contribute to overall brand building and customer acquisition.
