• Industry Exhibitions & Networking: Attend major pharmaceutical exhibitions and trade events to meet clients and generate leads.
• Timely Follow-ups: Stay on top of every lead, price quotation, sample request, and document query.
• Internal Coordination: Work with internal teams to ensure requests, paperwork, and dispatches happen on time.
• Daily Work Management: Use Google Workspace to track daily work, prepare simple reports, and manage tasks.

About the Role -

• We are an Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) manufacturer looking for a dependable, well-spoken, and organized Marketing & Sales Manager for our Pune office.
• In this role, you will handle B2B sales and marketing, dealing with pharmaceutical formulation companies. We value practical skills, disciplined follow-ups, and clear communication far more than academic scores.

Key Responsibilities -

• Customer Communication: Talk and write clearly to clients, answering inquiries and building professional relationships.
• Lead Generation (via LinkedIn etc): Find and connect with the right decision-makers (such as purchase, technical, and R&D teams) in formulation businesses.
• Industry Exhibitions & Networking: Attend and represent the company at major pharmaceutical exhibitions and trade events (such as CPhI, IPHEX, etc.) from time to time to meet existing clients and generate new business leads.
• Timely Follow-ups: Stay on top of every lead, price quotation, sample request, and document query without letting things slip.

Internal Coordination: Work with internal teams to make sure customer requests, paperwork, and dispatches happen on time.

• Daily Work Management: Use standard office software (Google Workspace) to track your daily work, prepare simple reports, and manage tasks efficiently.

What We Are Looking For -

• Education: Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceuticals, or Chemical.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of API sales and marketing experience.
• Communication: Clear, polite, and confident spoken English, along with good business emailing skills.
