Candidate Requirements

4-5 years of experience for an Associate Manager position and 2-4 years of experience for an Assistant Manager position in sales and marketing department.

• MBA in Marketing / International Business or related field, along with B.Sc., B.Pharm., or relevant qualification.
• Experience in pharmaceutical APIs, API intermediates, specialty chemicals, or related B2B industries preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of technical products and ability to communicate technical information effectively.
• Confident in conducting client meetings and building long-term customer relationships.
• Strong follow-up, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proactive, result-oriented, and able to complete work promptly.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of total time for customer meetings, exhibitions, and business development activities.
