Bajaj Finserv Limited is seeking a dedicated professional to drive debt collection for Tractor Finance and ensure compliance with legal guidelines. The role includes coordinating with customers, agencies, and internal teams to achieve targets and maintain robust records.

You will monitor performance, manage daily risk reporting, and devise strategies to improve collection rates, while handling escalations and coordinating with vendors and clients to meet agreed timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in debt collection within financial services.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines governing collections.
• Ability to lead teams and manage external agencies/vendors.
• Strong reporting and performance monitoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve collections target by visiting customers/agency.
