Bajaj Finserv Limited in Maharashtra seeks a Field Sales professional to build and manage the dealer network for tractor finance. You will coordinate with DSAs and brokers to achieve MoM sales targets while overseeing collections and asset quality.

The role includes establishing DSA networks, driving market share, handling credit and disbursement processes, and cross-selling products such as loan protection and asset insurance.

Formación

• Graduate with minimum 12 months field sales experience.
• Experience in tractor finance sales preferred.
• B2B sales experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Create distribution and ensure business delivery.
• Set up new dealer network.
• Month on month business delivery.
• Setting up DSA network.
• Market share creation.
• PDD maintenance.
• Asset quality maintenance.
• Cross Functional alignment.
• Responsible for collection upto 30 DPD and alignment with collection for DPD management.
• Interacting with Credit and OPS for timely sanction and disbursement.
• Cross sell
• Penetration of cross sell products like Loan cover Shield (LI), Asset Insurance and others in his/her Location.
• Business MIS & Reports.
• Timely reporting of business figures
• Make sure the login and disbursement reports and maintained for his/her Location
• TA framework
• Making sure TA is given to right Dealer and timely repayment of the same
• Field Investigation
• Personal visit to customer residence for FI
• Checking all particulars and being true to the details required
• Raise flag in case of any suspicion
