Bajaj Finserv Limited in India is seeking a field-based dealer network and tractor finance sales professional. You will build and manage dealer networks, drive MoM sales targets, and coordinate with credit/ops for timely sanction and disbursement.

You will also focus on cross-selling LI, asset insurance, and other products across your location. The role emphasizes market development, TA implementation, and rigorous MIS reporting to monitor performance and ensure timely repayments.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required.
• At least 12 months of relevant experience.
• Experience in tractor finance sales or B2B sales preferred.

Job Summary

To set up Dealer network Used tractor DSA and brokers for the Location Achieve MoM business sales targets also manage Collections PDD

Responsibilities

• Creating Distribution and Business Delivery

• Month on month business delivery

• Responsible for collection upto 30 DPD and alignment with collection for DPD management

• Timely reporting of business figures


• Make sure the login and disbursement reports and maintained for his/her Location

• Making sure TA is given to right Dealer and timely repayment of the same


• Field Investigation


• Personal visit to customer residence for FI


• Checking all particulars and being true to the details required


• Raise flag in case of any suspicion
