Bajaj Finserv Limited in Bihar seeks a field-based Dealer Network Manager to drive tractor finance sales and build a robust DSA/broker network in the assigned location. You will work to achieve MoM growth, set up dealer networks, and ensure timely disbursement in coordination with Credit and OPS.

Key duties include market expansion, maintaining asset quality, cross-selling loan protection and insurance products, and delivering regular business MIS reports with timely reporting of figures.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Graduate.
• Work experience: Minimum 12 months of experience.
• Skills: Tractor Finance Sales experience.
• Skills: B2B sales experience.

• Field Investigation.
• Personal visit to customer residence for FI.
• Checking all particulars and being true to the details required.
• Raise flag in case of any suspicion.
