The role involves visiting customers/agencies, maintaining records, reporting, and handling escalations with a focus on timely resolutions and risk management.

Qualificações

• Experience in debt collection and collections operations.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines related to lending and repossession.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage external vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve collections target by visiting customers/agency.
