Vodafone Idea Limited in Mysore Zone is seeking a Territory Sales Manager (M1) to lead channel partner governance, drive distribution, and achieve revenue targets across the defined market. You will recruit, train, and monitor channel partners, ensuring strong trade relationships and market execution in telecom/FMCG sectors.

The role requires 3-5 years of relevant experience, a graduate degree (MBA preferred), and fluency in English and local languages.

• Drive extraction from covered sites and towns - quality gross & tertiary.

Job Purpose

• The TSM appoints and manages Channel Partners to effectively service retailers, expand distribution and strengthen trade relationship and conducts rigorous performance reviews in his territory.
• He/She is responsible for Salesmen & Distributor capabilities for market extraction - acquisitions and revenue.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• Drive extraction from covered sites and towns - quality gross & tertiary
