Job summary

Schneider Electric in Vadodara is seeking a Manager – Technical Trainer (STC) to lead as Faculty at the Switchgear Training Centre. A Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 4–8 years of experience in the switchgear industry is required.

You will conduct technical programs on LV & MV switchgear, develop training modules, lead hands-on sessions, and oversee administration including SAP-related tasks. Strong presentation skills are essential.

• Strong classroom and workshop delivery skills.

EducationalQualification:Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.

Experience range – 4 - 8 years

KeyResponsibilities/Deliverables

1. To conduct various technical programs as faculty on Electrical subjects related to LV & MV switchgear, Selection, Maintenance. Other related subjects conducted by STCs for internal & external participants.
2. To develop new training programs, create new training modules, improvise the course contents of existing training programs, presentation, demonstrations & hands-on sessions as & when required.
3. 3.Handling the workshop sessions for product demonstrations, hands-on sessions during different programs etc. Maintain workshop with all required material and tools and tackles required.

1. To improve customer nominations for different training programs planned by STCs.
2. To carry out necessary administration work, vendor co-ordination, SAP related activities (PR, PO, SE, GRN, Vendor payments etc.).
3. Coordinate with program participants for program schedule, their nominations, registration, fee payments, Customer feedback, certificate etc

Behavioural Competencies :

Exceptionally good at presentation skills, communications & interpersonal skills.

B.E – Electrical / EEE with 5 to 8 years of experience in Switchgear industry
