The role requires a Diploma in Mechtronics with 2–5 years of experience and involves programming, troubleshooting, and process improvements across laser marking, vision systems, and PLCs. Key duties include maintaining system revisions, improving OEE, and driving MTBF/MTTR metrics.

Responsibilities

• Programming & Troubleshooting of Laser Marking & Vision Systems.
• Troubleshooting of PLC Programs.
• Resolution of Customer complaints (Inside Production).
• Maintain Revision of all programs & document of systems.
• Maintain OEE of all systems & upgradation plan.
• Poke-Yoke / Improvements in the existing systems as per CFT requirement.
• Maintain MTBF & MTTR of all Systems.
