Job summary

Schneider Electric in Delhi is seeking a Senior Manager – Technical Trainer to lead technical programs for customers and internal teams, and to expand the training business across sectors. The role focuses on delivering hands-on sessions, showcasing product USPs, and guiding learners through complex electrical and automation concepts.

You will design new training modules, upgrade existing programs with the latest technology, and coordinate with vendors while maintaining training infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Conducting various technical programs as faculty for our customers as well as internal employees
• Expanding customer base, maintaining relationship with existing customer, understanding training requirement from customer and offering training solution accordingly
• Explain product USPs, explaining & demonstrating various solution to visiting customers and offer technical support to customer facing team
• Understand customer requirement & offer technical guide to customers and helping our organization in creating/enhancing technical image of our brand
• Design and development of new training module as per customer's need, product management team's need, current technology trend in industry etc.
• Improvising existing training programs as per new products and technology upgradation
• Design and development of innovative test setup, demonstration setup for demonstrating product USPs & hands-on training sessions
• Increase brand reach and maintain/improve relation with existing customer through training events.
• To carry out necessary administration work, vendor co-ordination, SAP related activities (PR, PO, SE, GRN, Vendor payments etc.) for improving & maintaining complete training centre infrastructure.
