Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services in Mumbai seeks an experienced Design Coordination Lead to steer the design draftsmen team through pre-sales and post-order activities, coordinating with senior management, sales teams, clients and consultants to ensure timely, accurate design deliverables.

You will plan the complete design lifecycle, review layouts and drawings, prepare data for safety screens, maintain records in Excel and ERP, and contribute to new product development while ensuring multiple projects

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 6-10 years of experience in technical coordination/design coordination.
• Experience in high-rise residential/commercial construction, real estate, infrastructure, formwork or related industries.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD 2D & 3D and MS Office.
• Knowledge of STAAD Pro will be an added advantage.
• Should be able to read and understand shell plans, structural drawings, sections, load reactions and load calculations.
• Strong team management, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams.
• Should be comfortable handling multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Candidates who can join within 15-20 days or immediately will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design review and coordination meetings and update senior management.
• Contribute to new product development and improvements in existing products for better safety, efficiency and cost.
• Ensure design inputs, client submissions and fabrication drawings are completed within defined timelines.
