Qualifications

• Qualification: M.Tech in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• 4–6 years of experience in structural design and coordination for high-rise/building projects.
• Strong knowledge of RCC and steel design, structural analysis, and BIM coordination.

Responsibilities

• Carry out structural analysis and design for high-rise buildings and large-scale projects.
• Design RCC and steel structures including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, cores, retaining structures, and transfer systems.
• Prepare and review design calculations, drawings, reports, and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP, BIM teams, consultants, and site teams for integrated design delivery.
• Review BIM models and drawings for accuracy, clash coordination, and constructability.
• Support value engineering and design optimization during design and construction.
• Ensure designs comply with Indian and international codes and project specs.
• Participate in design review meetings and provide technical inputs.

Position: Structural Engineer
Qualification: M.Tech in Structural Engineering / Civil Engineering
Experience: 4 to 6 years
Project Exposure: High-rise buildings, public spaces, commercial and institutional developments

Role Summary

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Structural Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience in the structural design and coordination of high-rise buildings and public space projects. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge in structural analysis, design of RCC and steel structures, and coordination with architectural, MEP, and BIM teams to deliver safe, efficient, and buildable project solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out structural analysis and design for high-rise buildings, public spaces, and large-scale architectural projects.
• Design RCC and steel structural systems including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, cores, retaining structures, and transfer systems.
• Prepare and review structural design calculations, drawings, reports, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, BIM modellers, consultants, and site teams to ensure integrated design delivery.
• Review BIM models and structural drawings for accuracy, clash coordination, constructability, and compliance with project standards.
• Support value engineering, design optimization, and resolution of technical issues during design and construction stages.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant Indian and international codes, safety requirements, and project specifications.
• Participate in design review meetings and provide technical inputs for multidisciplinary coordination.

Required Software Knowledge

• ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, Robot Structural Analysis, or equivalent structural design software.
• Autodesk Revit Structure and AutoCAD for BIM-based modelling and drawing review.
• Navisworks or similar coordination tools for clash review and multidisciplinary model coordination.
• MS Excel and design calculation tools for structural analysis, quantities, and reporting.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows, model coordination, drawing extraction, and design documentation standards.

Desired Skills and Competencies

• Strong understanding of structural behaviour, load paths, lateral systems, seismic and wind design considerations.
• Experience in high-rise building systems, transfer structures, basements, podiums, and long-span public space structures.
• Good knowledge of IS codes and exposure to international codes will be an advantage.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary design environment with architects, BIM teams, and construction stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and deliver quality design outputs with minimal supervision.
