• Strong understanding of structural analysis, structural calculations and design principles.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes, structural standards and industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed structural analysis, modelling and design using STAAD Pro for facades, railings and other related architectural structural elements.
• Prepare and review structural calculations, design reports and technical documentation, ensuring accuracy, safety and compliance with applicable design requirements.
• Evaluate the structural feasibility and performance of facade, railing and associated structural systems under relevant loading conditions and project requirements.
• Review architectural and structural drawings, technical specifications and project requirements to identify structural requirements, discrepancies and potential design challenges.
• Collaborate with architects, civil engineering consultants, project teams and other stakeholders to develop practical structural solutions and resolve design and execution-related issues.
• Provide technical guidance and structural support throughout the design and project execution stages, ensuring designs meet technical, aesthetic and project requirements within defined timelines.
• Ensure all structural designs and calculations adhere to relevant building codes, industry standards and applicable regulations, while maintaining required quality and documentation standards.
