Job summary

Berger Paints in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking a store and materials planning professional to manage raw materials and packing materials, coordinate with production and vendors, and maintain stock integrity. The role involves daily material issue, GR2 documentation, and close liaison with QC and accounts for perpetual stock verification.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to Sr V.P. Mfg.
• Planning of raw materials/intermediates for dispatch to our other unit as per their monthly requirement.
• Responsible for issue raw material against batch sheet to all production areas: resin section, enamel section, ind section, primer section, AL section, metallic section & waterproofing section
• Responsible for dispatch Raw material & Packing material to outsource vendors
• Correct receiving of RM/PM against po at factory with proper codification to insure correct issue & stock of inventory.
• Maintain of rejected materials and follow up with purchase department up to return back to vendor.
• Maintain of excel sheet of internal issue voucher for miscellaneous out through H.O., after then checked in system.
• Making of GR2 when as well as required.
• Weighment of tankers & sampling as well as required.
• Daily follow up with QC for passing of materials.
• Responsible for monthly perpetual stock verification of Raw materials & verified by accounts personnel.
• Maintain report of nonmoving raw materials on monthly basis.
• Follow up with Ho (materials) regarding critical material (RM/PM).
• Man power control.
• Reconciliation of driers (bulk) with production on day to day basis.
• Control of all activities in store area.
• Daily interaction with our team members like deputy manager, sr executive, sr store officer, & supervisors & workers.
