Job summary

Pharvinex Group in Kota is seeking a Graduate procurement/store executive to handle raw materials, initiate requisitions to purchase, and keep the HOD updated on all activities. You will also strategize material placement based on space and hazard considerations and coordinate with multiple teams for smooth operations.

Candidate should have basic computer skills, effective communication, and strong organizational abilities to maintain SOP and Zoho records across departments.

Qualifications

• Graduate with basic computer skills and a professional attitude.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities are required.
• Proficiency with Zoho and common office software is expected.
• Time management and multitasking skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Handling of raw materials.
• Assessments on regular basis requirement of products, send requisition to purchase.
• Update the HOD on all activities and escalate store-related issues.
• Develop strategies for material placement based on space and hazard considerations.
• Track quantities of regularly required products and update the team.
• Coordinate with procurement for future requirements.
• Update records as per SOP and Zoho software.
• Share balance quantity with purchase and production to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor loading/unloading and assist the team in receiving materials.
• Send all documents to accounts and logistics for product receiving.
• Coordinate with QC team for finish and raw material testing.
• Coordinate with logistics for loading/unloading.
• Coordinate with accounts for raw material balance and Zoho updates.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -

• Handling of Raw materials.
• Assessments on regular basis requirement of Products, send requisition to purchase,
• To keep update the HOD for all activities and in case there is any Problem at store, or related department.
• Making Strategy on place of the material according to space and hazard position of the raw material send requisition to purchases accordingly.
• Keeping close track over qty of regular required products & updating our
• Procurement team to take immediate decision on future requirements
• Updating all records as per sop and zoho software.
• Share the balance qty with purchase and production to smooth working.
• Monitoring loading unloading process & receiving the material and whenever required helping team to execute the process.
• Send the all document to account and logistics of receiving product.
• Coordinating with QC team for finish and raw material testing.
• Coordinating with logistics for loading and unloading the product.
• Coordinating with accounts for raw material balance and updating in zoho.
