You will coordinate with Production, Quality, Finance and Management, maintain stock records, and drive supplier relations while ensuring adherence to purchasing procedures and controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase of raw materials, packaging materials, consumables and other factory requirements.
• Identify and negotiate with suppliers for best price, quality and delivery.
• Ensure timely availability of materials as per production requirements.
• Manage stores, inventory, inward and outward movements.
• Maintain proper stock levels and minimize excess, shortage and wastage.
• Monitor purchase orders, supplier payments and pending deliveries.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Finance and Management.
• Ensure proper documentation, stock records and inventory controls.
• Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.
• Develop and maintain reliable supplier/vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company purchase procedures and controls.
