Job summary

Viencee Pharma Science in India is looking for a warehouse/store executive to manage pharmaceutical material receipt, verification, and storage. The role involves strict adherence to GMP/GDP/SOP and safety standards, with responsibilities including stock control, documentation, and coordination with QA, QC, production, and purchasing teams.

The candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical warehouse environments and familiarity with ERP/SAP/WMS systems, MS Excel, and MS Word.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing stores/warehouse.
• Proficient in data entry, stock records, GRN, issue/return notes.
• Familiar with GMP, GDP, SOP and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify raw materials as per PO and documents.
• Maintain quarantine, approved, rejected and returned material segregation.
• Store materials per required temperature/humidity conditions.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO system.
• Issue/dispense materials to Production as per approved requisition.
• Maintain stock records, GRN, issue and return records.
• Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, Purchase and Accounts.
• Maintain housekeeping and warehouse documentation.

• Store materials as per required temperature/humidity conditions.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO system.
• Issue/dispense materials to Production as per approved requisition.
• Maintain stock records, GRN, issue and return records.
• Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Maintain GMP, GDP, SOP and safety compliance.
• Monitor expiry/near-expiry and damaged materials.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, Purchase and Accounts.

Qualification:
