Job summary

A2zee Hr Solutions is seeking an Inventory & Supply Chain professional in Jaipur to plan and manage inventory for fabrics, accessories, WIP, and finished goods. You will monitor stock levels, track movements, and coordinate with production teams to ensure material availability for planned production.

The role requires 4–5 years in Inventory & Supply Chain Management, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with EasyEcom or Unicommerce.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in Inventory & Supply Chain Management.
• Strong knowledge of Inventory Management and Supply Chain Operations.
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Familiarity with inventory/ERP software like EasyEcom or Unicommerce.
• Strong SKU-wise inventory tracking and stock reconciliation.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify supply delays and take corrective action.
• Develop and improve processes to increase inventory accuracy and reduce wastage.

Role & responsibilities

• Plan and manage inventory across fabrics, accessories, WIP, and finished goods.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of materials for production.
• Track material movement from inward production finished goods dispatch.
• Monitor purchase requirements, material lead times, and pending supplies.
• Maintain accurate SKU-wise inventory and identify shortage, excess, slow-moving, and dead stock.
• Coordinate with Production and NPD teams to ensure material availability as per production plans.
• Monitor cutting, stitching, finishing, and dispatch timelines.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation between physical inventory and system records.
• Manage returns, damaged/rejected materials, and stock adjustments.
• Prepare and review inventory and supply chain reports.
• Identify supply delays and operational gaps and take corrective action.
• Develop and improve processes to increase inventory accuracy, reduce wastage, and optimize working capital.
