Job summary

Eduplex Consultancy Services in Chennai seeks an experienced HR professional to drive performance management and leadership development. The role translates business objectives into measurable KRAs and coordinates regular reviews to ensure alignment with priorities.

Responsibilities include HR analytics, dashboards, POSH/ISO governance, and vendor management. Immediate joiners or 30-day notice preferred; MBA in HR is required with strong analytical and stakeholder-influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete Performance Management cycle.
• Translate business objectives into KRAs and KPIs.
• Align Individual KRAs with organizational priorities.
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly reviews.
• Validate performance scores with evidence.
• Challenge inconsistencies in ratings.
• Maintain Excel-based trackers and dashboards.
• Support merit increases and promotions with data.
• Collaborate with leaders to improve accountability.
• Oversee Leadership Hiring, Talent Reviews, Succession and Internal Mobility.
• Serve as SPOC for POSH, ISO audits and HR vendor management.
