Job summary

Regaal Resources Limited is seeking a seasoned HRMS leader to govern and optimize the HRMS ecosystem across our organization in India. You will configure platforms, ensure data integrity, and drive system adoption while building scalable HR analytics dashboards to inform leadership decisions.

You will also manage employee engagement initiatives, the L&D calendar and budget, and oversee PMS cycles. Strong Excel, and exposure to Power BI/Tableau will distinguish candidates.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a recognized institute.
• Certification in HR Analytics, HRIS/HRMS platforms, or L&D from reputed bodies.
• Hands-on HRMS platform experience with configuration/implementation/admin exposure (HONO, Darwinbox, Workday, etc.).
• Advanced Excel; Power BI/Tableau exposure is a differentiator, not mandatory.

• Implement, configure and govern the HRMS across the organization, ensuring data integrity and system adoption.
• Build and maintain HR analytics and dashboards to support leadership decision-making.
• Plan and execute group-wide employee engagement activities and calendar.
• Manage the L&D calendar, budget and delivery across the group.
• Build and manage the organization’s employer brand across relevant channels
• Manage employee relations — handle grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace concerns fairly and confidentially across the group.
• Own issuance of employee documentation across the employee lifecycle
• Execute the Performance Management System (PMS) cycle group-wide.

Qualification:

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (or equivalent PG diploma) from a recognized institute.
• Additional certification in HR Analytics, HRIS/HRMS platforms, or L&D (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, HR Analytics certifications from reputed bodies).
• Hands‑on HRMS platform experience is close to mandatory — not just as an end‑user, but with configuration/implementation/admin exposure (HONO, Darwinbox, Workday, Keka, PeopleStrong, Zoho People, etc., depending on your organization's ecosystem).
• Working knowledge of Excel (advanced) is a baseline; Power BI/Tableau exposure is a differentiator, not mandatory.
