Kirloskar Corrocoat in Pune seeks an experienced sales professional to drive coating solutions across power, refinery, chemicals, water, and mining sectors. You will identify opportunities, meet clients, and deliver technical presentations. The role requires 8–12 years in Sales and Marketing, willingness to travel, and proven coating industry experience. Qualificações

• 8–12 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in coatings or related industries.
• Experience with power, refinery and chemical sectors is preferred.
• Familiarity with tenders, customer coordination and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities for coating business in sectors such as Power, Refinery, Chemicals, Water Supply, Irrigations & mining.
• Meet targeted customers and generate business.
• Make technical presentations to customer on products.
• Study orders and resolve deviations.
• Coordinate between customer and internal departments for planning.
• Collect execution reports from both execution department and the customer.
• Keep track of tenders and prepare tenders as required.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with key customers.
• Monitor and reduce level of receivables as required.
• Submit monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required.
• Provide assistance to the execution team for timely completion of orders/projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Identification of potential opportunities and prospects for Coating Business in various sectors such as Power, Refinery, Chemicals, Water Supply, Irrigations & mining etc.

2. Meeting targeted customers and generation of business.

3. Making technical presentations to customer on products.

4. Study of the order received from the customer & Resolution in case of deviation/s

5. Coordination between customer and Internal departments for further planning

6. Collection of execution completion report from both execution department and the customer

7. Keeping Track of tenders & Preparation of tenders as per requirement.

8. Maintain and enhance relationship with key customers

9. Monitor and bring down the level of receivables as per requirement.

10. Submission of monthly, quarterly and annual reports as required

11. Providing assistance to the execution team for smooth and timely completion of the order / project.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. 8 to 12 Yrs of experience in sales and Marketing domain.

2. Willing to travel extensively in assigned territory.

3. Should be knowledge and experience of Coating or Candidate handling customers like power sector, refineries, etc.
