Symphoni HR Pvt Ltd. is seeking a field sales professional in Pune to drive growth in paints, coatings, and related industrial products.

You will manage existing accounts, explore new business, and coordinate cross-functional teams from enquiry to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience and a track record in territory sales and key account management within the construction chemicals/industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in Paints, Coatings, Industrial Products, Construction Chemicals, or related industries.
• Strong experience in business development, key account management, and territory sales.
• B2B sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and drive profitable business growth within assigned territory/accounts.
• Manage existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunities.
• Prepare and execute account plans based on customer requirements and market opportunities.
• Manage projects and coordinate with customers, consultants, and contractors from enquiry to completion.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions to promote products and solutions.
• Follow up on project progress and resolve technical and commercial queries.
• Monitor sales pipeline, project status, order execution, and customer collections.
• Ensure timely payments as per agreed commercial terms.
• Share market intelligence and competitor information with the team.
