Job summary

Kirloskar Corrocoat requires an experienced site execution professional to lead multi-site projects across PAN India. You will coordinate contract and manpower resources, manage coating processes, and ensure timely progress with customers and internal teams.

The role involves travel, on-site supervision, and close collaboration with customers while maintaining QMS documentation and IMS awareness.

Qualifications

• NACE certification.
• Experience of site/project Execution and management, surface preparation and application of coating, well versed with Computer Advanced Excel, Billing management
• Manpower Handling, Customer relationship, project management, analytical skill, IMS awareness, SAP awareness
• Willing to travel at site for PAN India.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate project site activities.
• Travel to sites and stay as required.
• Manage contracts and manpower.
• Prepare execution plans based on MOP and AOP.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams.
• Communicate site progress to customers.
• Attend kickoff and site meetings.
• Develop site contractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate multiple sites with site supervisor.
• Submit daily and monthly site progress reports.
• Provide technical support to site team and customer.
• Plan resources for site execution.
• Maintain documents required for customer and QMS.

1. 1. Responsible for Project execution & Coordination.
2. 2. Ready to travel site and stay at site as per project requirement.
3. 3. Contract management and manpower handling.
4. 4. Preparation of execution plan of sites based on MOP and AOP.
5. 5. Coordination with customer and internal functions for smooth execution of sites.
6. 6. Communication with customer for site progress.
7. 7. Attend internal and customer meetings like kickoff meeting, regular site meeting.
8. 8. Development of site Contractor & Suppliers.
9. 9. Co-ordination of different sites for execution with help of site Supervisor.
10. 10. Submission of daily and monthly site progress report.
