Role & responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Growth
- Build Strategy: Design and execute comprehensive referral marketing strategies to increase patient flow from target micro-markets.
- Identify Sources: Map out and target high-potential referral sources.
- Institutional Tie-ups: Establish formal partnerships with corporate entities, public sector units (PSUs), embassies, and regional medical facilities.
Team Leadership & Execution
- Lead Team: Supervise, mentor, and motivate
- Field Monitoring: Track daily field activities, doctor visits, Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, and health camps
- Target Management: Ensure achieving predefined metrics for lead generation, doctor conversions, and revenue growth.
Relationship Management & Coordination
- Doctor Engagement: Build long-term trust and professional goodwill with visiting consultants and referring physicians.
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with clinical departments, front-desk teams, and admission desks to ensure a smooth patient journey for all referred cases.
- Grievance Resolution: Address queries, feedback, and operational concerns raised by referring partners immediately.
Analytics & Reporting
- Data Tracking: Maintain robust databases of referral leads, conversion rates, and downstream revenue.
- Performance Audits: Generate weekly and monthly analytics reports highlighting high-performing specialties, successful outreach campaigns, and areas of patient leakage.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Healthcare Management; an MBA is strongly preferred.
- Experience: 10 to 15 years of overall sales/marketing experience, with at least 4 years managing healthcare or hospital referral networks.
- Leadership: Proven track record of handling and driving high-performance field teams.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building capabilities with local medical fraternities.
- Local Knowledge: Sound geographic awareness of the local market and fluency in the regional language.
