Rhea Healthcare in Bengaluru is seeking a dynamic Sales and Doctor Relations professional to recruit consultants and lead initiatives to grow the unit. You will report to the Facility Director with dotted line to the Regional/National Sales Head and drive referral sales.

Responsibilities include building a strong doctor network, activating geographies, organizing medical camps, webinars, CMEs, patient engagement programs, and promoting hospital services through the Corporate Sales team.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate degree required.
• Experience in referral sales/marketing/doctor relations is a plus.

Main Objective of the Role

To Recruit new consultants & Take new initiatives to increase sales & growth of the unit.

Job Description:

• Reporting to the unit Facility Director & dotted reporting to the Regional / National Sales Head.
• Responsible for the overall business contribution/growth in Doctor referral sales , in addition to ensuring individual sales targets are achieved.
• Budget Revenue Achievement from VCs & Referrals for different product
• Daily reporting of sales activities in an effective manner as instructed by the RM on an individual contributor role
• Building a strong doctor network for consistent referrals by identifying opportunities to collaborate and partner
• Ensure activation of the geographies/periphery markets , by planning and executing Doctor/ patient engagement programs
• Development work for expanding market share which includes medical camps, webinars, CMEs, Round Table Meetings.
• Consistently doing Patient engagement programs , like , Baby shower, ANC classes, physio / diet sessions
• Promotion of the hospital services / inhouse consultants / programs through Corporate Sales team
