Siemens AG in Kolkata seeks an energetic Manager – Sales (LV Switchgear) EPC & Panel Builder to drive growth with EPCs, panel builders, system integrators and industrial customers. You will identify opportunities, build relationships, and coordinate with engineering teams to convert prospects into orders.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel within Kolkata.

Responsabilités

• Build a strong EPC & Panel Builder database and maintain regular engagement with key decision-makers.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented EPC & Panel Builder Sales Manager to develop and grow business with EPC & Panel Builders, system integrators and industrial customers.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new EPC & Panel Builder opportunities, developing customer relationships, understanding technical requirements, preparing commercial proposals, coordinating with engineering teams and converting opportunities into profitable orders.
