Siemens AG in Coimbatore region seeks an energetic Panel Builder, EPC & End User- Sales Manager to grow business with EPC & Panel Builders and industrial end customers.

You will identify new opportunities, build strong relationships with decision-makers, coordinate with engineering and sales teams, and convert inquiries into profitable orders while traveling within Coimbatore for client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 6–10 years of EPC & Panel builder experience, preferably in switchgear or electrical products.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel within Coimbatore.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Panel Builder, EPC & End User- Sales Manager to develop and grow business with EPC & Panel Builders, and Industrial End customers.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new EPC & Panel Builder opportunities, developing End customer relationships, understanding technical requirements, preparing commercial proposals, coordinating with engineering teams and converting opportunities into profitable orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new EPC & Panel Builder customers across targeted industrial segments.
• Build a strong End user, EPC & Panel Builder database and maintain regular engagement with key decision-makers.
• Develop long-term relationships with End users EPC & Panel Builder's owners, promoters, purchase, design, electrical and project teams.
• Generate new enquiries and convert them into business opportunities.
• Develop and execute an End user, EPC & Panel Builder specific sales strategy.

Sales Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national goals.
• Drive revenue growth through End user, Panel Builder & EPC partnerships in the switchgear segment.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams for regional campaigns.
• Collaborative approach with channel partners and drive their business.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC & Panel Builder clients in the region.
• Understand client requirements and offer customized switchgear solutions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends in Coimbatore region
• Identify new EPC & Panel Builder opportunities in industrial clusters.
• Provide feedback to product and R&D teams based on regional insights.

Reporting & Analysis

• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Analyse regional sales data to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills
