We are looking out for Sales Sourcing for Thane Location & Sales Sourcing & Closing for Malad location.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Sourcing

• Generate business through Channel Partners, Brokers, and Direct Sales activities.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with Channel Partners and Real Estate Consultants.
• Conduct regular market visits and networking activities to generate qualified leads.
• Follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins.
• Participate in promotional events and sales initiatives.

Sales Closing

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable project inventory.
• Conduct project presentations and site visits for prospective buyers.
• Explain pricing, payment plans, and ongoing offers to customers.
• Negotiate and successfully close sales transactions.
• Ensure completion of booking documentation and collection formalities.
• Coordinate with CRM, Legal, Finance, and Customer Service teams for seamless closures.

Desired Candidate Profile
