Job summary

ANAROCK in Thane seeks a dynamic Real Estate Sourcing/Sales professional to drive targets through channel partners, brokers, referrals, and direct sourcing. You will present properties, visit sites, and meet clients while building strong stakeholder relationships.

You will also conduct timely follow-ups, coordinate with sales, marketing and operations, and maintain regular MIS reports. Knowledge of the Thane market and proficiency with Excel/CRM are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–6 years of experience in real estate sourcing or sales.
