Job summary

Achalare Realtors seeks a seasoned procurement professional to manage timely material procurement, vendor development, and ERP-based reporting for prestigious projects in Pune. You will oversee material specs, stock valuation, and store operations across locations.

Qualified graduates with a PG Diploma in Materials Management or MBA are preferred, along with strong negotiation, communication, and MS Office skills; ERP exposure is advantageous.

Job description

• Should ensure timely procurement of all required material, sourcing of all new material needed for new & prestigious projects; be responsible for all import of aggregates & material needed.
• Implement vendor development, vendor evaluation & material audit.
• Be responsible for preparing material specifications & amenities, research work into new products & development.
• Should be able to prepare MIS Reports, Purchase Bar Charts, Budgets, Cost Analysis and Reconciliation.
• Be well versed with all stores procedures.
• Should be able to oversee stores operations at remote locations.
• Be proficient in stores audit, stock taking and stock valuation.
• Should have the ability in helping decide Material Master List. Should have ability of ERP implementation & presentation of all ERP Reports, manage work of Purchase dept. & all stores.

Candidate Profile : -

• Any Graduate, Post Graduate Diploma in Materials Management / MBA preferred.
• He should have good verbal & written communication skills.
• He should be confident & be able to carry a good image.
• He should have good negotiation skills & be well versed in MS Office & other basic computer skills.
• Working knowledge of ERP will be preferred.
