Job summary

Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Manager – Product Management & Marketing to own the LV Switchboard roadmap and drive cost optimization with R&D, engineering and manufacturing teams.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of LV switchgear, market analysis, and agile methods, with 4–8 years of relevant experience and a BE in Electrical. Marketing or management degree is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop & maintain a product development roadmap for LV Switchboard to meet targets in OI & GM.
• Coordinate with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing to meet targets per Product Roadmap & cost optimization drives.
• Act as technical SME for LV offerings and support front end in optimizing offers & solutions; understand LV Switchboard, customers, competitors.
• Provide technical presentations/webinars to prospective clients; gather VOC and update roadmap accordingly.
• Ensure agility, safety, sustainability & reliability in LV equipment and solutions.
• Drive innovation in offerings & solutions.

Manager – Product Management & Marketing

Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:

• Develop & maintain a product development roadmap for LV Switchboard to ensure to meet set targets of OI & GM
• Drive & Co-ordinate with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing and other various functions to meet targets set as per Product Roadmap & Cost optimization drives
• Act as technical SME for LV Offerings and support front end team in optimizing offers & solutions; Job Role Demands understanding of Low Voltage Switchboard, Customer, Competitors, Strength, Opportunities and Create Product Battlecard
• Provide technical presentation/webinar to prospective clients; Gather VOC and build/update product roadmap based on these
• Ensure Agility, Safety, Sustainability & Reliability in offering of the LV Equipment and Solutions
• Drive innovation in offerings & solutions
