Job summary

Kirby Building Systems, LLC invites applications for a Project Planning & Scheduling role based at Hyderabad. The incumbent will plan, schedule, execute and monitor projects across sites, coordinating with design, drafting, production and site teams to ensure timely delivery.

The candidate should hold a degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, demonstrate strong MS Office, MS Projects and Primavera skills, lead teams, analyse issues and support sales with new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, MS Projects and Primavera.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Planning, Scheduling, Executing and Monitoring of Projects at different sites.
• Coordinate with designs, drafting, production and different project sites for smooth functioning and timely execution of the projects.
• Prepare project budgets and monitor the same on monthly and contract wise basis.
• Preparing daily, weekly, monthly progress reports.
• Work Contracts engaging.
• Prepare and Track project schedules.
• Coordinate with project site teams and plant for supplies/shortfall of materials based on project demands.
• Compile regional level projects progress and assistance to HO in the required form and submit reports.
• Take initiatives in implementing HO policies.
• Should be able to travel as per the project needs and demand.
• Should support sales team in new business opportunities.
