Job summary

Shitole Infra in Nashik district, Maharashtra, invites an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale fabrication, erection and structural steel projects from planning to completion. You will coordinate clients, consultants, engineers, contractors and internal teams; develop schedules and milestones; monitor costs and resource use; ensure quality, safety and timely handovers.

Candidates should have 7–20 years relevant experience and be proficient with AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS

Qualifications

• 7–20 years of relevant experience in project management/execution.
• Experience in fabrication, erection, structural steel, PEB, EPC or infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience in site/project execution and project coordination.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Experience with MS Project or Primavera P6 is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for project planning, execution and completion.
• Manage fabrication, erection and structural steel project activities per drawings and timelines.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones and execution plans.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Plan and monitor manpower, materials, machinery and equipment for project execution.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure work progresses as planned.
• Review project progress and prepare DPR, WPR, MPR and status reports.
• Coordinate with planning, design, purchase, production, quality and accounts teams.
• Monitor project costs, material consumption and resource utilization.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely materials and services.
• Ensure fabrication and erection work complies with drawings and quality requirements.
• Identify delays, execution issues and technical problems and take corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety and company procedures.
• Conduct regular project/site meetings and communicate progress and issues to management.
• Coordinate project billing, measurements, work completion documentation and client approvals.
• Maintain proper project documentation, records and correspondence.
• Ensure timely completion and handover as per requirements.

Required Experience & Skills

• Experience in managing manpower, contractors and subcontractors.


• Good understanding of project planning, scheduling and progress monitoring.


• Ability to coordinate multiple departments and project stakeholders.


• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.


• Knowledge of project planning tools such as MS Project / Primavera P6 will be an advantage.


• Good understanding of fabrication drawings, erection activities and structural steel work.


• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.


• Good communication and leadership skills.


• Ability to manage projects within time, quality, safety and cost parameters.
