Job summary

Kirby Building Systems - A group company of Alghanim Industries in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior Manager with 3–6 years of experience for PMG contract management and schedule coordination in PEB/industrial projects.

The role requires reading and analyzing drawings, coordinating with clients and consultants, and strong internal collaboration. ERP knowledge and MS-Office skills are a plus for project execution.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in contract management and PMG schedule coordination.
• Experience in PEB/industrial/construction with inter-department coordination.
• ERP knowledge preferred.

JOB SUMMARY

Incumbent should have 3-6 years of relevant experience, to maintain the activities like Contract management / Coordination of PMG Schedules

Preference would be given to candidates with Pre- Engineered Buildings (PEB) experience.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

(Primary duties)

• Adherence to PMG schedules of various projects allocated.
• Well-versed with contract management and its guidelines.
• Ability to read drawings and analyze drawings.
• Co-ordination with client/consultants.
• Incumbent should possess good Coordination & Collaboration skills with Internal Customers.

• Customer relations management and customer service.
