Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and accurate Provident Fund contributions, deposits, and statutory filings in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Manage end-to-end PF account administration, including employee onboarding, exits, transfers, withdrawals, and settlements.
  • Oversee monthly PF challan calculation, preparation, and submission.
  • Handle PF inspections, audits, and coordination with EPFO and other statutory authorities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of PF contributions, balances, and compliance documentation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries related to PF contributions, claims, and withdrawals.
  • Collaborate closely with payroll and finance teams to ensure seamless PF processing and reconciliation.
  • Track changes in PF laws, notifications, and compliance requirements, and implement necessary process updates.
  • Prepare periodic MIS and compliance reports covering PF contributions, settlements, and statutory status.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and employee experience in PF administration.
