Job summary

ZET in Bengaluru is seeking a driven Partnerships Manager to identify and onboard new partners, with a focus on fintech collaborations that expand distribution of personal loans and credit cards. You will build and sustain partnerships that deliver measurable growth and customer value.

You will manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, leverage industry networks, and collaborate with internal teams to hit growth targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in fintech.
• Existing industry connections and a proven ability to source and close new partnerships independently.
• Experience managing partnerships with D2C brands or other relevant partners to drive business growth.
• Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple partnerships, resolve escalations, and drive execution end to end.
