Job summary

TRANSFORMPLUS is seeking a Manager Operations to lead International Domestic campaigns. You will oversee 50-70 agents, ensure KPI achievement, and drive process improvements.

You will conduct weekly team reviews, manage attrition and shrinkage calculations, and mentor staff in a hybrid WFO/WFH setup with an onboarding within 30 days.

Joining date is within 30 days; salary will be in the range of 12 LPA to 16 LPA plus other benefits, with a Pan-India scope.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• 2+ years in International Domestic campaigns.
• Experience as Deputy Manager or Manager on paper for International Domestic campaigns.
• Knowledge of throughput calculations, attrition shrinkage.
• Experience handling 50-70 agents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for International Domestic campaigns.
• Lead weekly team reviews and drive attainment of organizational goals.
• Monitor KPI, RCA, and 7QC tools usage; implement improvements.
• Ensure staff retention within the team.
