Job summary

TRANSFORMPLUS is seeking a Manager Operations for International Domestic campaigns based in Pan India. This role requires leading a team of 50-70 agents and ensuring performance against KPIs.

The ideal candidate should have 2+ years in International Domestic campaigns, possess strong communication, and be comfortable with throughput calculations, attrition shrinkage, RCA and 7QC tools. WFO/Hybrid/WFH options available.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• 2+ years of experience in International Domestic campaigns.
• Experience as Deputy Manager or Manager in International Domestic campaigns.
• Knowledge of throughput calculations and attrition shrinkage.
• Managed 50-70 agents and led weekly reviews.
• Responsible for staff retention and performance improvement.
• Familiar with KPI, RCA, and 7QC tools.
• Experience in a BPO voice process.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Operations team for international domestic campaigns.
• Monitor and drive performance against KPIs and metrics.
• Conduct weekly team reviews and coaching to meet targets.
• Ensure staff retention and development within the team.
• Oversee throughput calculations, attrition analysis, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
